What is Spinning Class?

Your journey. Class is lead by an enthusiastic instructor utilizing
low lighting, invigorating music and virtual scenery all combined to give you
both a cardio and resistance workout that gets results. You’ll work up a
sweat and love every minute of the class.
Our Yoga classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level, or yoga experience. Your teacher will help you to take your practice where you’d like to go. Please talk with us if you have any questions, or physical limitations, and we will recommend a class for you.

Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez during the 1990s.
Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Squats and lunges are also included. Approximately 14 million people take weekly Zumba classes in over 140,000 locations across more than 150 countries.
Boxing is a popular training program that is a fun and action-packed. You get a challenging cardiovascular and full body workout as you kick, punch, block and move in each Boxing class.
The techniques used during the one-hour classes, using conventional heavy bags and training pads, are based on authentic boxing techniques which provide both resistance training and cardiovascular benefits to its participants.
